At The Kids Spot, we nurture your child’s love of learning through scavenger hunts, alphabet games, puppets, music, and hands-on science experiments.
As the children play at mega bowling, ping-pong, or bean toss, they absorb valuable socialization skills and learn self-control.
Your Child’s Day at The Kids Spot School
When the children arrive at school, we talk about what the day will look like. This helps the children develop a sense of anticipation and gives them comfort and confidence about leaving their parent for the day.
During our structured day, we change activities every 15 minutes. Near the end of each school day, we review what we learned and talk about what’s coming next.

Kids Spot is the best little school!
I was so nervous signing my little boy up. He was my first and I had no clue what to expect. When we met Miss Jen, she was so comforting and treated us like family. I love that about this school. My son loves going to school, he asks every morning, “Is it school day?” Hearing that makes me so happy to know that he is being taken care of by amazing teachers that truly care about his well-being and are teaching him to grow into such an amazing little smart man! I would recommend this school to anyone.

Independent, Year-Round Christian School
The Kids Spot offers year-round programs for preschool, pre-k and kindergarten.
Our kindergarten program operates in conjunction with our preschool and pre-k programs. All of the children participate in some large-group activities, and we break into smaller groups for preschool/pre-k and kindergarten curriculum.

Our Curriculum
We use a Christian-based curriculum called Abeka, plus two additional curricula. The Kids Spot is an independent school that leases space from CTK Church.
Our Top Priority
Relationship-building is our number one priority: relationships between students and teachers, relationships among the students, and relationships between our staff and each student’s family. We give each child individual attention; our student-to-teacher ratio averages 7-1.
As the children learn, explore, and interact with each other, they learn valuable skills that will equip them to take the next step in life.

The academic side is wonderful and fun for the children. They meet the child where the child needs to start, and progress into more challenging curriculum, such as writing their names and learning the months and days. Miss Jen has the warmest personality and is highly professional. Through this journey, my grandkids have learned how to express themselves positively, grow academically, and gain self-confidence.
